A man asks..."How can I be happy, I lost $2,000,000 in the stock market...I am ruined and disgraced," He can be happier, by not adding his own opinion to the facts. It is a fact that he lost the money. It was his opinion that he was ruined and disgraced. Get your opinion out of the way and you can be happy!
