It's pear season! Try a fun twist on avocado toast by topping with sliced pears - fresh, poached, even pickled pears! These are pickled pears on dark brown bread and avocado with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds.

Yes, a spatula can be used to make a roux for fresh corn chowder! 🌽 It always helps to be flexible and creative in the kitchen! Chef-K kids learn to work safely and independently to create delicious healthy dishes. So proud of them! 💯!
