Hiring Preschool Teacher (petaluma)

About Our School:
We believe that children have the right to a rich, dynamic learning environment. Children have a right to a strong community that places paramount importance on adequately addressing their needs. Furthermore, children have a right to be treated as valuable contributors to our society.
We are more than a school. We are a community of involved families. We offer a safe, warm, loving atmosphere for creative exploration for children from age 2 until entry into First. We use the Italian, Reggio Emilia Approach to early childhood education as inspiration for our learning environment. We are located on 6 acres with large area for gardening. Education/LIC Requirements:
Have TB and Background clearance
12 core Early Childhood Education units or working towards them. (will hire the right person if they don't have units but must be willing to work towards that 12)

Extras We Would Like to See:
Great sense of humor (kids are really funny)
Bilingual
Good organizational skills
Reggio experience

Beautiful night at the preschool

Exciting news!!! Today we passed both of our fire inspections at Petaluma Village East. Our license from the State should be issued tomorrow and our Use Permit will hopefully be issued early next week. I have been working on trying to open this 2nd location for over 1.5 years. I am so excited to be done dealing with permits.

Our new building will be arriving tomorrow and the install start next week. Just waiting on one more permit. We are so excited to start setting up the space.

We have finally got our building permit and have finished the ground work to bring in our modular classroom. We have been working on opening as a center for over a year and finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I will keep everyone posted on our opening date.
