I spy Alumni 👀

To celebrate 50 years of Panther Pride, The Middle will share staff spotlights throughout the year. Our first staff spotlight goes to Coach Hinton!

Coach Hinton was nominated by Christy Sheffield, who says, "Shoutout to Mr. Hinton (and a few others) for showing what servant leadership really looks like. Before Middle School Tours, they took the time to hang all of the classroom signs throughout the building. It's definitely not in their job description. They simply saw something that needed to be done and took care of it. Not only did it help make sure our students and families had a smooth experience during tours, but it also took one more thing off the plate of our maintenance department, who are working around the clock to get our brand-new elementary school ready to open on Monday. It's easy to lead when you're giving directions. It's something special when you're willing to jump in and do the work alongside everyone else. That's the kind of leadership that makes people want to work hard and be part of the team."
