Wanted to remind everyone that if you need to cancel your appointment, please respond to the EMAIL from us, or call us at 815-414-0905 and leave a voicemail if we do not answer.
Please DO NOT respond to the automatic Text messages for the reminders as we do not receive those. We have had a lot of no call no shows these past few weeks. So if you have had an appointment with us, and you have not shown up for without canceling said appointment, you will have $25 fee added to your account.
It is ok to cancel your appointments 24 hours before, this is why we sent out several reminders. It is NOT ok to simply just not show up. Our time is just as valuable as yours.

I (Shannon) will be taking a break from 90 minute sessions for a while due to an acute shoulder injury. All previously scheduled 90 minute sessions will be 60 minutes until further notice. I do apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding and patience with me as I slowly get better 🥰❤️

Please please cancel if you’re not feeling well. Even the slightest bit of a cold. Getting a massage while sick can make you feel even worse, and your spreading your germs on to us and other people. We will not charge you if you need to cancel your appointment on the day of.
We do have the right to refuse treatment if you come in to your appointment and you’re sick. 💚

Good morning!!! I just want everyone to know that online booking will go back to booking 6 months out in advanced. I had it open for the entire year, but it is making it hard to plan out my lunch breaks and personal time off. So I might be getting a hold of some of you to reschedule future appointments so I can make sure to get a scheduled lunch break for myself.
🩷🩷 With this new year coming I am going to try and not over work myself to much and will be taking more personal time for self care 🥰❤️
