From the timid start of day one (maybe even a few tears) to confident children completing tasks independently and helping others, these 5 children have had quite the impact on their teachers and peers. So much progress happens in the span of 3 years in a young child’s life. Observing these children learn through inquiry and play while making connections both cognitively and with others was a privilege. I will truly miss the daily stories, sense of humor, and continuous offers to help from one. Another whose strong will to be independent was evident on day one, and how she was the first to check in on someone to make sure they were okay. Two whose love for one another spilled over into nurturing others and whose confidence blossomed as they became role model students in the classroom. Lastly, one who has only been in class for 2 years, but his family has been part of the ACC for the last 5 years. Since he was in his mother’s belly he has been climbing those steps to the ACC Preschool. He absolutely shined this year in the classroom on his own. He developed friendships and confidence as he fully explored all the opportunities available. Thank you for being part of the ACC family. Enjoy kindergarten next year and don’t forget to visit. Here are a few photos from 2-3 years ago. You and your families will be missed. ❤️
