— Baltimore City Public Schools, Cecil County Public Schools, Kent County Public Schools, and Worcester County Public Schools MD, all have lower chronic absenteeism today than in 2019. This progress is a major accomplishment, and we’re proud of these districts for their continued efforts to reduce chronic absenteeism and support consistent student attendance.

Thanks to all of our families for braving the rain and coming out to our Back to School night this evening. Everyone got to walk their students’ schedules, meet their teachers and experience a similar routine to what students do every day.
