Thompson Music Studio

Thompson Music Studio Professional voice lessons in West Central Indiana and East Central Illinois, taught by musician and educator Tyler Thompson.

Students of all ages and experience levels welcome. Piano and guitar lessons also available. Tyler Thompson has been a professional singer since the age of 9, with extensive experience in recording studios and on theater stages. Since 2017, he has shared his passion for music and theater as an educator in high schools and elementary schools. In addition to teaching, Tyler serves as music director

for 4-5 local musicals each year and performs across a variety of genres, including musical theater, opera, country, and gospel.

I’ve got a lot of schedule conflicts this month, so I’m opening up extra makeup lesson slots this week.

With auditions coming up for many theatre groups, this is a great time to get in the studio and focus on song work, cuts, confidence, and tightening up technique.

These spots are open to anyone, not just current students.

I’m hosting lessons this Friday for anyone who needs to make up a February lesson; anyone who will miss a lesson in March/April; anyone who wants extra audition prep; non-regulars who are interested in lessons or want audition prep.

So far half the people signed up are my students 🤣 the cool part is I prompted NONE of them to enter this, they just signed up because they were 100% confident in the ability they gained from lessons.

I’d be lying if I said I’ve got room on my schedule for more students this semester, but I’m still open to making a few more spots appear if anybody’s interested. Send me a message if so!
