Camp Nuhop

That’s a line worth running toward! With State and Federal funding shrinking every year, more and more families find it difficult to afford the experiences that help their child grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

With your support, Nuhop can continue to fund these experiences to give them to kids around the US.

This is what you do when you sign up for the Fuzzy.
Run Wild. Give Back. Change a Life.

A huge THANK YOU to Izy, Barry, and the team at Romich Makerspace for the incredible gift of a Mini Makerspace to Nuhop!

This gift will help us create and produce new teambuilding activities, but we're especially excited about what it means for our campers. In 2027, we'll be launching a brand new Makerspace-themed camp where campers can imagine, design, build, experiment, and create using our Mini Makerspace.

Even better, campers will have the opportunity to travel to the Romich Makerspace in Creston to learn directly from their team and experience an even bigger world of making and innovation.

We can't wait to see what our campers create!

Thank you, Izy and Barry, for investing in Nuhop, creativity, and the power of hands-on learning!

We love this article from Parenting Special Needs Magazine about preparing for back to school by turning everyday summer moments into opportunities to build independence, communication, social skills, and confidence.

At Nuhop, we see this kind of growth happen every day, trying something new, navigating a friendship, helping with a task, solving a problem, or realizing, “Hey, I can do this!”

As summer begins to wind down, there are still plenty of opportunities to keep building on those skills at home as you prepare for heading back to school!
