Penta Career Center was established in 1965 and was the first multi-county vocational school in Ohio. Penta serves the training needs of adults in the entire region through its Adult & Continuing Education Center which offers full-time and part-time programs. In November 2003, Penta passed a one-mill permanent improvement levy to construct, equip and maintain a new facility. The new state-of-the-art facility contains 125 classrooms and labs which were opened to students on September 2, 2008.
