Here's a glimpse of what our camera roll looks like after this past weekend! 📸🌴

One week ago, our YEAA team was celebrating our season's accomplishments at Dreams Jade Resort in Mexico! It was an incredible time to reflect on a successful season, recognize the hard work and dedication of our team, and enjoy making memories together.

This year was especially meaningful as we celebrated 40 years of Student Painters! Four decades of entrepreneurship, leadership, and growth have made this milestone one to remember. We're proud of how far we've come and excited for what's ahead as we continue building the next chapter of our story.

This week, we’re spotlighting Nikolai Shubochkin! 👏 Nikolai joined Student Painters to gain real-world experience in sales, leadership, and marketing while challenging himself to do something that would set him apart.

Throughout the summer, Nikolai faced a difficult situation with three major jobs and frustrated customers due to scheduling issues. By bringing in extra painters, starting jobs early, and coordinating help from another branch, he turned the situation around and successfully completed all three jobs.

Nikolai’s ability to stay focused, adapt to challenges, and keep pushing forward helped him reach the goals he set for himself, including building a $105K business and earning a spot on the awards trip!
