Perry Pirates Class of 2015

Congratulations to Mrs. Kovacic and the Perry High School Robotics Team (Seniors Captain Mark Hocevar, Kyle Kremiller, Akin Patel, and Jake Vicini) for winning the VEX Overall Excellence Award at the Ramtec State qualifier today, and securing a berth at the VEX State of Ohio Championship in February 2015!

The VEX Overall Excellence Award is given to the overall top team at the VEX tournament. It is the highest honor in the VEX Robotics Competition, given to a team that exemplifies excellence building a well-rounded VEX Robotics Program. An Excellence Award winning team not only shows a high level of engineering skill with a competitive robot on the field, but is a strong contender in numerous judged awards off the field as well.
