Thanks to a generous grant, local Head Start families have the opportunity to join the Y—opening the door for these kiddos and their families to be part of all the Y has to offer!

Because a Y membership is so much more than access to a building! (But…our new building is going to be pretty great!)🤩

Hi, My name is Veronica and I’ve been a sub here at the Head Start for about three years now. I love being able to learn and grow with all of the wonderful children that attend here!

I’ve been married to my husband John for 6 years and we have two wonderful children, Hazel and Bentley.
I look forward to this year and being a part of something special! I wish everyone a great school year 🫶🏼

Hello School Family! I am Beverly Johnson. I am the Center Director of the Perry Head Start/Early Head Start. I started at Perry Head Start in August of 1999. Over those years, I have worked many positions including working at Pawnee Head Start for a while before returning to Perry.
I have two children of my own, Nicholas, who lives in Virginia with his wife, Kirsten, and my beautiful granddaughters, Harper and Millie. My second child, Hannah, just got married last December to her bestfriend Colby. Together they operate two businesses in town, Maroon Nutrition and Pumped up Balloons. I also had the honor of being the stepmom of Tyler Burkett, who we lost in 2016. Six years ago, I married my husband, Colter Johnson and became a stepmom to two great kids, Kyler and Brooklyn.
In my free time, I enjoy camping, fishing, painting, and chicken tending

Hi Everyone, my name is Gail Finlayson. I have been at HS/EHS for 1 1/2 years as a Disability Aide. I have been married to my husband Bruce going on 37 years. I am a mother to 2 amazing kids, Ashley 38 and Zach 35, a gran to 10 beautiful grandkids and a great gran to 1. You are most likely to find me at 1 of many ballfields across the state of Oklahoma enjoying and watching my grands play softball, baseball, football and basketball. When not at a game/games I am usually crafting and spending time with my family. I am looking forward to working with the children and seeing them grow and enjoy the love of learning and achieving new things.
