📣 MAY RANCH FAMILIES: 2026–2027 DATA CONFIRMATION IS NOW OPEN 📣

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! 🎉

All Val Verde families must complete the Data Confirmation Process every year. This allows us to:

✅ Confirm that your child will attend May Ranch
✅ Update your child’s school and emergency records
✅ Help ensure your child’s safety
✅ Place your child in a class

Students will not be placed into a class until Data Confirmation is completed.

📅 Important Dates

• Data Confirmation begins Friday, July 17, 2026
• Office staff will be available to answer questions beginning July 29, 2026
• In-person registration appointments will be available July 29–August 8
• Online Data Confirmation will be available through August 9

Families may complete registration using one of the following options:

💻 OPTION 1: COMPLETE EVERYTHING ONLINE

Visit the Aeries Parent Portal:

https://valverdeusd.aeries.net/student/LoginParent.aspx

The Parent Portal must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Please upload the required documents in PDF format:

📄 Proof of residency: One current utility bill dated within the last 30 days—water, electricity, gas, or trash—or a current mortgage statement, escrow papers, or rental agreement.

🏠 Families residing with another family: Please provide a current utility bill dated within the last 30 days in the homeowner or resident’s name, a copy of that person’s identification, and their signature on the Verification of Residency Form.

💉 Updated immunization records if your child has received any new vaccinations or is missing required immunizations.

❤️ Foster caregiver documentation, when applicable.

Once all required documents have been uploaded and the online process is complete, you do not need to attend in-person registration.

🏫 OPTION 2: REGISTER IN PERSON BY APPOINTMENT

Beginning July 29, call the May Ranch office at (951) 490-4670 to schedule an appointment.

Please bring all required proof-of-residency, immunization, and caregiver documents listed above.

If someone other than the student’s biological parent or legal guardian will be registering the student, that person must bring:

• A written letter from the parent or guardian giving permission to enroll the student
• A copy of the parent or guardian’s identification

⚠️ Families who are missing required documents will not be able to complete registration.

👧🏽👦🏼 Children do not need to be present during registration.

📧 Important Communication Tip: In the Parent Portal, select “General Announcements and Messages” to receive school communications, including the May Ranch newsletter.

ALL VAL VERDE families must complete the Data Confirmation Process every year so we can confirm your child will be attending May Ranch and update your child's records at our school. Your child will not be placed into a class until this is completed. This is also very important for the safety of your child to have updated records at school. Please know that this process will begin this Friday, July 17, 2026. We will offer two options to efficiently register your child: ALL ONLINE or IN PERSON by appointment only.

Office Staff will be available to answer any questions and begin scheduling appointments on July 29th, 2026.
