Success with Cyndy and Tom Dumire Tom and Cyndy are National Speakers and Real Estate Mentors with 38+ years experience Cyndy and Tom Dumire are experienced 38+ year real estate investors.

They have mastered how to buy real estate without using any of their money, credit or risk and mentored students for over 15 years. They have built their business, partnered and trained many students to become very successful so they can give up their 9-5 job! Before real estate, Cyndy and Tom owned and operated an electrical contracting business for 25 years, plus they were Youth Pastors at their

church. Cyndy devoted her life to being a homeschool mom and as she called it a “professional volunteer” in the church and to various community organizations. Cyndy started studying Real Estate and she decided to see if this “really” works and went out to a house, filled out a contract and purchased the home subject to. She then did a minor rehab (using someone else’s money) and sold the home. That first deal Cyndy made over $110,000 and convinced Tom to sell the electrical business to start working alongside of her in the real estate business. Since that first deal Cyndy and Tom purchased many rentals, became an expert in buying creatively properties, wholesale properties, loves subject to’s , lease options (plus many more unique methods ) and learned to take control of a property without ownership. They have become known in the real estate circles as the “power couple of real estate” and “national marketing experts” and now teach others how to become successful in real estate. Tom and Cyndy have developed a Real Estate Marketing Program called Reverse Marketing that is being used all over the states to train investors and realtors how to get leads for buyers and sellers. This unique system has buyer and sellers contacting you instead of fighting every investor for the same lead. Since creating this course, they have walked alongside and mentored hundreds of students. Additionally, they have created an online community called MRE with over 23k members! Tom and Cyndy love helping others, and it’s the heartbeat of what they do. Cyndy has been volunteering in various local organizations for many years including Easter Seals, Plumstead Christian School, 4-H, the Quakertown Park Board and currently works helps run a “Night to Shine” Special Needs prom with the Tim Tebow Foundation. Tom owned and operated Dumire Electric serving the Bucks and Montgomery counties from 1981 to 2010 and now serves for DIG investor group in Fort Washington
