Hello everyone, my girlfriend and I are looking for a place to live. While we prefer our own private space, we are willing to rent out space in someone's home, even if it's just a room with shared immensities (bathroom, kitchen, etc.). We just sold our home and we thought we had an apartment lined up but things fell through at the last minute. So we are in a rough spot, staying in and wasting money on a hotel every night.

We are in the philadelphia, Pennsylvania area and would appreciate anyone who would be willing to help us by putting us up in a room or have any suggestions on where we can go.

Regular apartments and homes for rent don't seem to work for us based on backgrounds and credit and things of that nature which is why I am posting something here.
