CPR, AED, and Choking: Uncomplicated & Straightforward
Instructor: Frazee Rescue Instructors
CPR is a vital and essential skill that can save someone’s life. CPR consists of chest compressions, airway management, and rescue breathing. The importance of early initiation of CPR by lay rescuers is essential and the risk of harm to the patient is low. Bystanders should not be afraid to start CPR. Simply administering CPR can save a life! These skills along with how and when to use an AED and how to respond appropriately to a choking incident will be covered. Participants will leave class with the confidence they need should they come across an emergency. This is intended for the general public and is not eligible for certification. There is a $10 discount if an individual signs up for the First Aid: Plain and Simple on the same day also. Questions, contact Suz Bristlin at 218-234-3627. Limit 20.
