Holy Spirit School Our mission is to provide a rounded education for the whole person—the head, the heart and the hands—while helping all of our students to become saints.

Holy Spirit School accepts the challenge of fulfilling our mission as a Catholic school. Our aim is to educate the children's mind, strengthen their God given intellectual powers, satisfy their soul with knowledge of their faith, and strengthen their body with organized physical activity. As educators we assume our responsibilities to God, and treat each of our students as precious gifts. We have

adapted our curriculum to educate and support those entrusted to us with knowledge and understanding of our ever-changing world. This ability to integrate our curriculum continues to create an environment of love and understanding deeply rooted in our faith. It is in this way that we enable our students to gain the self-confidence and esteem so needed by the youth of today. Our primary goal is to give each student a solid moral and academic foundation so that they will be prepared to make a difference in this world. We feel that as a strong Catholic School we serve as a cornerstone in the total growth of our students. We stand firm in the truths of our religion as they relate to life issues today.

Our Holy Spirit School campus serves as a beacon of faith in this town and surrounding towns for those who seek an exemplary faith-based education for their children. This Christ-centered community continues to grow, thanks to all who foster our supportive environment where students are treated with inherent dignity, and where they learn compassion, humility, forgiveness, and service to others.

As we approach the beginning of the 2026/2027 academic year, we continue to beautify our property and praise God for the gift of a very strong enrollment for this vibrant school. More than 80% of our classes are filled to capacity, and we have waiting lists for families who wish to join this academic and faith-filled community.

Hello Families!

This is it—today is the last day to register for uServe Camp!

UServe Camp begins in less than one week, and we are counting down the days! Our team has been hard at work preparing an incredible week of service, faith, friendship, and fun, and we can't wait to welcome everyone to Holy Spirit Parish for this year's uServe Camp!

We already have a great group of campers signed up, but we would love to make it even bigger! The more campers we have, the more energy, excitement, and friendships we'll share throughout the week. If your child has been thinking about coming—or has a friend who might enjoy it—today is the perfect time to sign up! Friends are absolutely welcome, and they do not have to be Catholic to attend.

This year is especially exciting because uServe Camp is being hosted at Holy Spirit Parish in Pequannock! We're thrilled to be hosting UServe camp at our parish, making it easier than ever for Holy Spirit families to join us for an unforgettable week.

If you're new to uServe, here's what campers can look forward to:

Serving at local organizations throughout our community each morning.

Returning to Holy Spirit for lunch, games, prayer, and small-group discussions.

Earning 10+ service hours while making new friends and growing in faith.

Experiencing a week filled with laughter, teamwork, and discovering the joy of serving others.

Last year's camp was an incredible success, with more than 20 middle school campers and an amazing team of high school volunteers. Together, we completed over 200 hours of service throughout our community while building friendships and growing closer to Christ. We can't wait to make even more memories this year!

Camp Details

Dates: Monday, August 3 – Friday, August 7, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Who: Incoming 6th–9th graders from Holy Spirit Parish and Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish
Location: Holy Spirit Parish (Cenacle), Pequannock, NJ
Cost: $195 per camper; $135 for each additional sibling

If the cost of camp is a concern, please don't hesitate to reach out. We never want finances to prevent a young person from participating.
