Our sixth-grade STEM students are taking on their first design and build challenge using the Project Lead the Way curriculum! Students are working in teams to design and build a prototype of an Ankle Foot Orthosis (AFO) for a patient with specific needs.

Students are putting the engineering design process into action as they collaborate, problem-solve, test ideas, and make improvements to their designs. A great example of hands-on learning and teamwork in STEM!
