Orange Schools Superintendent and Treasurer will be hosting three community Town Halls to provide information and answer questions about the district’s operating levy, Issue 8.

All Town Halls will be held at the Pepper Pike Learning Center (PPLC) at 6:00 PM:

Our Literature Drop is one of the easiest ways to help get the facts about Issue 8 directly to Orange Schools voters, and this is NOT door knocking! There is no sales pitch and no need to knock on doors or debate the levy. Simply follow your assigned route and leave one piece of literature at each home.

Most routes take just 1 to 1½ hours, and that small commitment of time provides invaluable help. Routes can be completed anytime between September 26 and October 4.

Packet Pickup: Friday, September 25, from 5:00–7:00 PM at the library across from the high school, during the tailgate before the football game. An alternative pickup time and location will be available for those who cannot make it Friday.

Help us reach voters throughout our community with accurate information about Issue 8.

WHAT DOES ORANGE’S COST PER PUPIL PROVIDE? 🍊

Cost per pupil is more than a number. It reflects the choices a district makes about the education and services it provides.

Orange invests in an exceptionally experienced teaching staff. 86.3% of Orange teachers have 10 or more years of experience, compared with 62% statewide, ranking Orange 7th highest in Ohio.

Orange also maintains smaller classes, extensive academic and extracurricular opportunities, comprehensive student support, safety resources, technology, and door-to-door transportation. With approximately 2,000 students, many fixed costs are also spread across fewer students than in larger districts.

And those investments are producing results. Orange was the only district in Ohio to earn an overall 5-star rating while also earning 5 stars at every school building on the 2025 Ohio School Report Cards.

The bottom line: What we spend reflects what we choose to provide our students, and the results speak for themselves.
