September officially arrived last week and that means the start of programming for the new school year! It has been great to see so many new faces and visiting with some great teachers.

Many classrooms are learning how agriculture is important to them through the My Farm Web lesson from the National Agriculture in the Classroom curriculum matrix. Students learn how the food and items they use everyday can be linked back to the farm.

Check out this great we the 5th graders created at Epworth Elementary this morning

⭐️Meet Our Team⭐️

As we kick off another year of programming, we wanted to take a minute and introduce the faces that you will see in classrooms this year.

First up is Christine Gent!

Chris joined our team in 2023. She lives in Monmouth with her husband on their family farming operation.

In her free time, Chris loves to spend time with her family, which includes a son, daughter, daughter-in-law, and 2 grandchildren. She is also an avid Iowa State Cyclones fan!

Chris will be the primary educator at Farley Elementary and in the Dyersville area schools.

We are so fortunate to have Chris on our team and enjoy the enthusiasm and passion she brings.
