Archway Glendale PSO

Calling all volunteers!
This year we will continue to partner with My Hot Lunchbox as our lunch platform, however we will now be fully dependent upon volunteers to serve lunches and ensure service runs smoothly for our teachers and students. Please sign up if you are able to help!
Volunteering to serve lunch is a great and fun way spend time with the kids. We would like to have one or two helpers as well as one lead server per day who is experienced with lunch service.

VOLUNTEER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Verify the vendor's delivery order. Hand out vendor-prepared meals to students, as well as snacks and drinks from our snack shop, utensils/napkins/condiments. Check off meals as they are served. Assist teachers and students as needed with opening lunch containers brought from home (yogurts, etc). Light cleanup and closing the kitchen area after service

The Grill Out was a huge success today! 🌭🍔

Our dads brought the creativity with some hilarious order names—so next time you’re out to dinner, you might want to try ordering a
“Cow in the Garden” (a burger on a lettuce wrap) or a
“Plain Jane on a Date” (a classic hamburger with a bun) 🤣
