I copied this post! It is not only applicable to my art of Hwarang-Do! but! for "all" martial art traditions!
One of the problems with teaching and learning martial arts, is that people want to do it without doing the drills. Martial Arts is an exercise science. You have to drill it in. Other than that, your mind may conceive it, but your body can't do it, because, they have not been trained to work together. Everything is a drill.
