Lake Pleasant Elementary School, part of the Peoria Unified School District, is located in the Northwest Valley. The Peoria Unified School District boasts a 95 percent high school graduation rate. It is one of the largest unified school districts in Arizona and prides itself on excelling schools, award-winning teachers, high test scores, specialized signature programs and championship sports programs.

A message from our AMAZING PTA:

Dear Lake Pleasant Families,
Our first big event of the year is Trunk or Treat on October 16th! Last year, this event was such a hit with our students and families, and we would love to bring it back again this year.

However, with the growing demands on our PTA Board members’ personal and professional lives, we simply cannot make an event of this size happen without additional help from our community. We need volunteers willing to donate a little of their time and effort to help us bring Trunk or Treat to life.

There are opportunities to help with event setup, the PTA candy booth, and cleanup. Even volunteering for just one shift makes a huge difference and helps take some of the workload off the small group currently organizing the event.

Unfortunately, if we are unable to secure enough volunteers by October 1st, we may have to cancel this year’s Trunk or Treat. We truly hope that won’t be necessary. This is such a fun night for our kids and families, and we would love to continue making it a Lake Pleasant tradition.

📅 Learn Days
• Tuesday, September 22 | 3:15-4:15 PM
• Thursday, September 24 | 3:15-4:15 PM
During learn days, participants will learn a cheer and a short dance.

📅 Tryout Day
• Friday, September 25 | 3:15-5:15 PM
Participants will perform in front of a committee of judges.
