Peoria United Parent Council

I just have to take a moment to gush about our PUPC Executive Team.

When we started building this team, I knew we had incredible people stepping into these roles.

One of my favorite things about PUPC is that leadership here doesn’t mean one person carrying everything. It means empowering each other to step into our strengths, take ownership of our roles, and bring our own unique perspectives and gifts to the council.

PUPC belongs to all of us, every parent, guardian and grandparent in Peoria Unified. The work we’re doing is possible because each person is willing to take ownership of their little piece of the puzzle and work collaboratively for the best interest of ALL students.

This is what leadership looks like to me: not standing at the front alone, but creating more leaders beside you.

I’m incredibly grateful for this team and the time they dedicate to making our council a success. It’s humbling to be surrounded by great leaders; ones who can be kind and also hold each other accountable. Thank you for staying engaged Peoria parents- it’s going to be a great year!!
