Research shows that infants who are massaged daily sleep better, have less colic, and gain weight faster, while parents experience decreased stress, reduced anxiety, and increased confidence in their parenting skills.

This class is designed for young infants under 12 months of age. Parents will learn how to massage different parts of their baby and adapt strokes to meet each child’s individual needs. They will also have the opportunity to meet other parents and exchange ideas. The class is open to infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months and their caregivers, including babies of all abilities.
