Theta Xi Fraternity - Alpha Sigma Chapter (Bradley Univ.)

Today we will be shining a spotlight on a member of our chapter that has played a crucial role in our chapter’s development and continued success, Adam Ondracek. Currently he manages our chapter finances as treasurer and has done an outstanding job. Adam is a fantastic person to call a brother, someone who has always been involved in leading the chapter. With his leadership skills and overall quality as a great person, truly a brother we all look up to.

During our alumni weekend, our chapter yet again did an amazing job raising money for charity, specifically the National MS Society and Habitat for Humanity. We had a 50/50 raffle which raised 511 dollars which was split between our two charities. We also had a Golf tournament which raised 610 dollars. Thank you to everyone who contributed!
We can also announce that during alumni weekend over 32 thousand dollars in scholarship were given out to members of our chapter, made possible by our alumni. We thank them for their contributions and consistent support of our chapter and its members.

Last weekend we had our annual alumni weekend and founders day celebrations. We thank everyone who came out to celebrate, we all had a great time.

Today we would like to congratulate two of our seniors, Andre and Joey for winning an award for their amazing work. Specifically for their capstone that won the interdisciplinary award at the student scholarship expo. Amazing job by them as they once again show what it means to be a part of Theta Xi.

This year’s Active of the Year is Gavin Roby. Gavin has gone above and beyond as a brother, putting in an incredible amount of effort to make our house a great place to live through his work as House Manager. His dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed, and we’re grateful for everything he’s done. That’s why he’s been chosen as Active of the Year.

This weekend was our official parents weekend. Each member would like to thank the parents for coming down and having a great time. Everyone spent time playing games and hanging out on the lawn. As well as having a massive dinner together at Alexander's SteakHouse.

Finally the last AM we would like to introduce is Simon Bruening-Wright. Simon joins as a freshman game design major. When asked why he joined our Chapter he said, “I joined Theta Xi for the strong community, new experiences, and welcoming vibe. Also the opportunity to connect to others.”

Our second to last AM that needs to be introduced is AM Zach Demonte. Zach joins us as a sophomore majoring in business. When asked why he decided to join he said, “I joined Theta Xi for the people and the sense of brotherhood. As well as the lifelong connections and scholarship opportunities.”
