📢 Attention West Wing Community! 📢

There is a NEW process for volunteer training and re-registering for the upcoming school year. We've simplified things, but it’s crucial to follow the new steps to ensure you are approved to help on campus, for field trips, in the classroom, or at school events.

Here’s what you need to know:
1️⃣ No In-Person Training: All training is now online!
2️⃣ Two-Step Online Process: Everyone (new and returning volunteers) MUST complete both the Registration AND the Testimonial form.

⚠️ Heads Up! The Testimonial is a critical 2nd step that is required after you finish your initial registration. It is easily missed at the end, but your approval cannot be processed without it.

You must complete these steps every year to keep your volunteer registration active and up-to-date. As a reminder, you must be fully volunteer-trained and approved before participating in any school activities.
