Bradley University's Orchesis Dance Company

We are a student run dance company that focuses on Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, and Hip-Hop Dance. We accept all styles and levels of talent.

We are a Co-Ed dance company located at Bradley University. We practice and perform multiple styles such as Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Modern, and Hip-Hop. We have practice three times a week for two hours each day. Sundays 6-8pm, Mondays 9-11pm, and Thursdays 8-10pm. We have two shows each school year. A Fall Showcase and a larger Spring Recital. We also perform at varies school functions, such

as Homecoming, Greek Panfransing, and Relay for Life. Our company likes to promote community involvement, so we require our dancers to volunteer each semester. Some places we volunteer at are OSF Hospital, Wildlife Prairie Park, Girl Scouts of America, and some of the local High Schools.

It's offically less than ONE WEEK until Fall 2026 auditions! If you're interested in being part of our dance family we hope to see you in the Markin Group Fitness Room this Sunday 9/6! All experience levels and dance backgrounds are welcome to showcase your skills!

Dance the first day stress away is also this Wednesday in the Markin Performance Court! We hope to see you all there!! 🩷🧡

Fall Semester Tryouts will happen September 6th, 7th and 9th in Markin Rec Center, we welcome all skills, backgrounds, and experience levels to check us out!

We will also have our Dance the First Day Stress Away event on September 2nd! All are welcome for a fun, casual evening where you can learn a combo and get to know the team members!! 🕺
