🥋 Black Belt Principle of the Week: Integrity

This week during mat chats, Coach Matthew is talking with students about one of the most important Black Belt principles — Integrity.

Integrity means doing the right thing even when no one is watching. It means being honest with others and being honest with yourself.

A true martial artist doesn’t just try to look good… a true martial artist strives to be good — in class, at home, and at school.

These are the lessons that build strong leaders both on and off the mat. 💪

Congratulations to Jack R for passing his test on Dragon Parts the Sea kata.

Focus, discipline, and repetition. 💥
Sahith works hard on practicing his kata for upcoming belt testing. Kata teaches balance, power, precision, and mental focus—skills that carry far beyond the dojo. We’re proud of the effort they’re putting in every class. Keep pushing forward! 🥋

🥋 Future Black Belts in the Making! 💪

Our students are hard at work building strong basics—focus, power, and confidence! Every punch, block, and stance helps develop the discipline and determination that martial arts is known for.

It’s amazing to watch these young martial artists grow stronger each class while having fun and supporting each other on the mat.

👊 Hard work today… Black Belt tomorrow!
