We’re excited to finally announce that the Arevir Fit apparel store is officially LIVE!

This has been months in the making. Arevir Fit was built around three things that shape our family and everything we do: faith, family, and fitness.

Our first collection includes acid-wash shirts, faith-inspired back designs, and Arevir Fit embroidered patch hats. If you believe in what we’re building, we would be incredibly grateful for your support even if it’s simply sharing this post with someone.

Alright, it’s finally here! I know I’ve talked about doing this for a while, and now we’re officially starting.

Every Tuesday at 7:00 AM, I’ll be hosting a FREE 45-minute community workout at Arevir Fit Studio. It’ll be a welcoming, Christ-centered environment where we can train, encourage one another, and start the morning with purpose.

Our first class is coming up, and I’d love to have you there!

📚 Starting a new homeschool year?

Whether this is your FIRST year homeschooling or you’ve been doing it for years, the beginning of the school year can feel like a reset.

Here are 5 things we wish we’d known sooner:

1️⃣ Don’t try to recreate traditional or Private school at home.

2️⃣ You don’t need to buy every homeschool curriculum you see.

3️⃣ Your schedule can change when something isn’t working.

4️⃣ Find your homeschool community early.

5️⃣ A bad homeschool day doesn’t mean you’re failing.

Homeschooling gives families something incredibly valuable: the ability to figure out what works for THEIR children and THEIR family.

We’re going to be sharing more of what we’ve learned along the way—homeschool tips, resources, activities, family fitness, things that worked for us…and probably a few things that definitely didn’t. 😂

Homeschool PE doesn’t have to look like traditional PE. 💪

For our family, it looks like running, lifting, competing, encouraging each other, building confidence and learning how to keep going when things get hard.

This morning we’re doing exactly that at Arevir Fit.

Homeschooling gives families the freedom to make movement, fitness and community part of the school day and around here, this is school too.

Cooking can be science. Errands can teach life skills. Outside can become a classroom. And movement can be homeschool PE. 💪

That’s one of our favorite things about homeschool life.
