✨ Meet Debbie, Speech-Language Pathologist ✨

With over 25 years of experience, Debbie has dedicated her career to helping children find their voice and build meaningful connections. 💛

She has worked across pediatric private practice and elementary school settings, with a strong focus on early intervention and school-aged children. Debbie supports a wide range of needs, including articulation, fluency, language development, and social communication.

Her approach is rooted in play-based, family-centered therapy, empowering both children and their families with tools that carry over into everyday life.

🌟 Debbie’s favorite part of her work is seeing the joy on a child’s face when communication clicks and connections begin.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending her children’s events, being outdoors, and traveling. ✈️

Hi, I’m Lisa Rader 👋

I’m the Founder and Clinical Director of Emerald Coast Kids Therapy Group and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with more than 20 years of experience supporting children with autism and developmental differences.

In 2009, I founded ABA4U in New Jersey, where I developed family-centered ABA services focused on improving quality of life for individuals with autism. I’m excited to bring that experience to families here along the Gulf Coast.

As the parent of an adult with autism, this work is deeply personal to me. I’m passionate about helping children build communication, independence, and confidence.

Meet one of our Speech Language Pathologists 👇 We are excited to introduce a member of our team who supports children’s communication and language development.

Originally from East Tennessee, she has called the Gulf Coast home for the past 15 years. She brings 14 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, working with children from 13 months through adolescence, with a special interest in supporting toddlers as they develop early language skills.

She is passionate about helping children feel capable and confident with their communication and loves witnessing the moment when a child masters a new word or sound — and the sparkle of confidence that comes with it.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach with her family, cheering on her children at swimming and golf events, volunteering at church, and experimenting with healthy recipes and homemade bread.

We are grateful to have her expertise supporting the children and families we serve.

Through structured play, children can build language, motor, and cognitive skills in a fun and engaging environment.
