My mistake I thought I had activated the free trial. I have now so all the features including a real-time chat should be enabled.

As you guys get the link to join this page I'll add you as fast as I can. You will need an MSDN account and I'll need the account id to add each of you to the team in VS. Also it appears that everyone will need to be on the same version of VS, in this case VS2013 express for web.
