Alison Dodds, BScN, MEd, is a Simulation Educator with the SimKIDS Program at SickKids. Her work brings together healthcare simulation, patient safety, interprofessional education and operational readiness to help teams prepare for change before it reaches real patients.

During “Testing Tomorrow Today: Tabletop Simulation for Future-Ready Healthcare,” Alison will explore how tabletop simulation can help organizations test new workflows, examine clinical pathways, identify latent safety threats and prepare for future systems of care.
