Sacred Heart Cathedral School Educating Minds and Hearts for God A strong spiritual emphasis is part of daily life at Sacred Heart School.

Sacred Heart Cathedral School was founded in 1907 and has served the needs of the parishioners of the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart and the East Hill area of Pensacola ever since. Sacred Heart Cathedral School is accredited by the Florida Catholic Conference and exceeds the standards of the State of Florida Department of Education. Students attend daily religion classes and participate in Mass as altar servers, praise band and by taking an active part in the liturgy. Students are given the opportunity to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation at various times throughout the year. Students also participate in special liturgical celebrations throughout the year such as the Enthronement of the Sacred Heart and the May Crowning. Guided by the Sacred Traditions of the Catholic Church, our mission is to educate hearts and minds for God. Living as disciples of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, we strive for academic excellence and humble service to all.
