Our next Evening 63-Hour Florida Real Estate Pre-License Course begins Monday, Oct. 25th. Classes will be meeting Mon., Tue., and Thur. evenings from 6-9:30 for five weeks. (We will not have classes the week of Thanksgiving.) The end-of-Course exam will be Monday, Dec. 6th. This is an “In-Class” taught course. Cost: $445–includes attendance in the course far a full year, the textbook, one end-of-course course exam, and the pass slip for the course. (850) 748-6200.

Real Estate Sales Associate pre-license course begins Jan. 6 with classes meeting on M., Tu., and Th. evenings for five weeks. The end-of-course exam is Mon., Feb 6, at 6 pm.
The daytime class begins Jan. 13. Classes will meet the weeks of Jan. 13-17 and Jan. 27-31, meeting each day from 8 am to 1 pm. The end-of-course exam is Mon. Feb. 6, at 6 pm.
