That's a setup problem.

We spent 90 minutes in a BYOM session. By the end he had a brand
skill carrying his voice, projects keeping his context in one
place, connectors pulling his tools together, and a desktop agent
built around how he actually works.

He didn't come in with that list. He left with it.

"Very informative session. Good to get a deep dive into improving
my systems. Let's plan to circle back in six months for a checkup."

Six months. That's someone who has a system to come back to.

We are an AI consulting firm for small businesses and independent professionals across the Gulf Coast and nationwide.

Most of our clients have heard the AI pitch a hundred times. They've read the headlines, watched a few demos, and decided to wait. We built HKI for them.

Some clients want to understand AI before they spend money on it. Some have a team that needs to get up to speed. Some need someone to speak plainly at an event where the audience is tired of buzzwords. And some are ready to build something. We do all four.

We don't sell technology. We tell you the truth about AI, then build what fits. If a tool won't help, we say so. If a workflow doesn't need AI, we won't pretend it does.
