None of that is a technical trick. It's writing that's easy to understand, and it turns out AI systems reward the same clarity people do.

A client of ours writes proposals and technical studies for a living. He was bouncing between the browser version of Claude and the browser version of ChatGPT, and both of them kept losing the thread. He'd re-explain the project. He'd re-explain the client. Worse, the writing was coming back sounding like nobody in particular, and he could tell.

Nothing was wrong with the tools. Nothing was set up.

We moved him onto one model, built the Projects so it holds the context, and set up the pieces that keep his own voice intact. He wrote us afterward to say the difference was obvious, and asked for a check-in six months out.
