You're NOT too old so stop saying you are.🚫

Over the years I have been in the women's empowerment field for a combined 16 years and I have seen ladies of all ages. Do amazing things!

But I've definitely seen women repeat the same old story of..

I'm too old

It's too late

I'm not strong enough

There's no good love

I could never do that

And the list goes on!

That is where we're putting the limitations on ourselves.

I heard a quote that once said " don't be a loser in your own story."

The words that come out of our mouths shape our lives. So start speaking towards that!

Don't let the old old lady in.

It's easier to put a smile on our faces and say "Everything is fine"

But on the inside things can be turned upside down 😏

It's time for you to get uncomfortable and release the things no longer serving you in this season of your life.

First thing is to put pen to paper and finish this statement:

I am ready to let go of ....

And see what comes up for you.

Then take the next necessary steps to release, set boundaries and put yourself first.

It's time for you to heal from the things you don't talk about.
