I can't believe summer is already over! It has flown by, and we are so excited to welcome everyone back to Hive & Honey Learning Co. for an amazing school year!

School Age Families:
Before our first day, please make sure:
✅ You have completed the required waiver.
✅ You have been added to our Hive School Age Facebook Group.

If you are not a member of the group yet, please send me a message so I can get you added! I have already posted several important reminders and updates there, and that's where I'll continue sharing class information throughout the year.

🍎 Pre-K Families: We can't wait to see you on Tuesday at 9:30 AM! If you have not completed the waiver or set up payment we can do that on Tuesday as well.

Thank you all for trusting us with your children's education. We are looking forward to a year filled with learning, growth, friendships, and so much fun!

Enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year at Hive & Honey Learning Co. is officially CLOSED!

We are beyond grateful and honestly a little overwhelmed (in the very best way!) by the incredible support from our community. Every single spot for both our Pre-K and School Age programs has been filled!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for trusting us with something so precious—your children and their education. It is a privilege we will never take for granted.

This year will be filled with hands-on learning, meaningful friendships, curiosity, creativity, laughter, and so many unforgettable memories. We cannot wait to watch each of our students learn, grow, and discover all they are capable of.

To everyone who has shared our posts, recommended us to friends, prayed for our little Hive, attended our summer activities, and believed in our vision—thank you. You have helped make this dream a reality.

It takes a village.

That's a phrase I've heard my whole life, but before opening The Hive, I don't think I truly understood what it meant.

Small business ownership isn't for the weak or faint of heart, but I am so thankful for the opportunity I have each and every day. I get to spend my days in a place where I pray we choose joy in a world that can often feel dark and broken.

My village is big, and it's always evolving, changing just as the Lord sees fit. Thankfully, He sees the bigger picture and doesn't let me get in His way! Whether you started this journey with me, have moved on, are still here, or will be joining us soon, I am grateful for the season of life we shared. Every person has been a blessing.

In just one week, a new season begins at The Hive as we kick off another school year, and I couldn't be more excited.

When I look at this picture, it might not seem like much to you. However, it's huge to me. It's answered prayers. It's seeing the faithfulness of a good good Father. It's a reminder that dreams do come true and hard work does pay off. Honestly, I just can't help but smile- this picture, it represents new beginnings and a peace that surpasses all understanding.

Yesterday, in the rain, Brad—my sweet husband—dug up the flower beds I've been complaining about for the last six months. He refreshed the mulch and added plants that I can actually manage and change with the seasons if I choose. I'm not sure either of us realized all those years ago, when we were just babies making those marriage vows, where this journey would take us. But I am so thankful the Lord gave him to me.

Next week I'll be a busy bee at The Hive, making last-minute preparations for the upcoming school year, organizing, cleaning, and getting everything ready.

But today, I'm going to smile, look at this picture, and thank God for the village He has given me.

Here's to new beginnings, grateful hearts, and another wonderful year at The Hive. 💛

Join Us next Thursday at 10:00AM for our last day of summer fun at the Hive. Our friend Kaycie a Paramedic with Escambia County is bringing an ambulance to the Hive- Join us for a fun morning!

Today was certainly a fun day with Mrs. Paul!!! These kiddos did a wonderful job and we can't wait for her to come back! 🎨
