Huge shoutout to Carlos David Bown on completing his first Sprint Triathlon! 🏃🚴‍♂️🏊‍♂️

He has been a massive part of the Mako crew and we can’t wait to watch him build toward that Ironman goal🥇

-Beach Workout: 9:30 AM
-Beach Hangout: After the workout
