Summer is here, and the following books are required summer reading for ALL STUDENTS at West Florida High School for the 2026-27 school year.

The WFHS PTSA wants to congratulate each and every senior on a job well done. Your hard work, dedication, and perseverance have paid off, and we are so proud of all you have accomplished! ❤️🖤
We are excited to be able to provide TWO $500 scholarships for the second year in a row! A huge thank you to our generous donors, the Previllon Family and Skywalker Investments, for supporting our students and helping make these scholarships possible.

To qualify, seniors were required to:
✔️ Be a PTSA member
✔️ Write an essay
✔️ Provide a letter of recommendation
✔️ Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher
✔️ Submit current grades and membership card

A reminder for our rising 9th grade families: Jag 101 Night will be Thursday, May 28th, at 6:00 P.M. in the WFHS Gymnasium. Parents and students should plan on attending. WFHS will provide important paperwork and pass along vital information before the summer begins.

🌮🍎 Teacher Appreciation Day is coming May 5th and WFHS PTSA is excited to celebrate our amazing teachers, administrators, and staff with a Taco Bar luncheon!

Thanks to the generous monetary donations already received, we are looking to have the meats and tortillas catered by Moe’s! 🙌🏾

We are also thankful for the individual donors and PTSA members helping provide all the fixings including:

✨ Pico de gallo
✨ Chips & salsa
✨ Lettuce
✨ Drinks
✨ And more!

We are serving approximately 125 teachers, admin, and staff members and would love additional support to help make this day extra special for the Jaguar family! 🐆❤️🖤
