Most beginners donโt need another motivational video.
They need a county.
Thatโs usually where people get stuck. They open Zillow, look at a bunch of cheap land, and then wonder, โAm I even looking in the right place?โ
So I built a simple free app to help with that first step.
You can pick a state, and itโll show you counties based on things like population growth, market activity, ZIP codes, and access to tax sale data.
Now, it doesnโt do all the work for you.
You still need to look at the appraiser, tax collector, clerk of court, builders, buyers, and all that fun county website stuff.
But it gives you a much better starting point than guessing.
