Freedom Jiu Jitsu starts our kids program at 5 years old.
Begginer kids classes :
Tuesday + Thursday at 530 pm
Saturday at 1030am
Seeing the progress these kids make on and off the mats is just amazing to see.
Inspired by our young ones leading the way!

Many short notice.
Many up weight class + belt ranks.
Couldn’t be happier to compete alongside them ⚔️
Many of our guys/gals really impressing me.
Also all the adult matches were in a Cage!!
Exciting as heck but I could only imagine doing a sub only cage match for my first ever tournament.

Now back to work.

Our little guys put it all out there.
Being the 5 year olds weighing in 10 + lbs less than some of their opponents.
But we came out to test ourselves.
Their bracket was stacked ages 6 up to 60lbs.
I’m proud to be their coach.
What a crazy thing to do at 5 years old and a sub only tournament as well 🥷🏼⚔️

We were invited to a Sub-Only Tournament.
I made a commitment then the team STEPPED UP🫡
We have 11 competitors.
First time ever that many competing at the same time for us!
6 of those competitors competing for the first time ever!
5 of them have only been training 3 months or less.
⚔️ but theyre hungry & motivated ⚔️
Youngest competitor 5 years of age.
Oldest competitor 41 years of age.
It’s impressive to see how many stepped up for one another. As a coach I’m honored to compete alongside my team and can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings. All I’m looking for is the same effort you put in the training room 💯
