Established in honor of a founding member of the APHA Student Assembly, this award aims to recognize significant leadership contribution of a student in public health or a related field.

To be Eligible Applicant must be: (1) A Registered Student Member of APHA, AND (2) A Full-Time Student in Public Health or Related Program at an Accredited University OR A Part-time student Public Health or Related Program at an Accredited University AND Employed at a Public Health Organization at the National, State, or Local Level

Application Includes: A 750 word personal statement describing a public health leadership accomplishment and 1-2 letters of recommendation from a professor, mentor, or advisor who can speak to your leadership skills.
