What’s up Tiger Rock of Pensacola! We have the academy league tournament happening next week and we as an academy are super excited for this! However if you’re a white and yellow belt student and would like to have the form all the way down, Mr. Andrew has made a video tutorial for the white and yellow belts on how to do their form. Make sure to practice well, and we’ll see you all on the mat!
