St. John's Children's Center

Huge thank you to all the church members and parents who donated to the school. We are so incredibly thankful!!

We will be closed August 5th-7th for teacher orientation and preparing our classrooms for the upcoming school year.

The Vestry is pleased to announce our new Priest-in-Charge, the Rev. Robert Densmore. Fr. Robert's first Sunday with us will be with us this coming Sunday, July 19, and he will be with us for a year.
Fr. Robert is a native Pensacolian who is a minister in the Church of England and a PhD candidate at New College, University of Edinburgh. Robert served in the U.S. Navy in Afghanistan, and then went on to work as a frontline journalist covering the war. Robert studied at King's College, London; then finished his Master's of Divinity at Duke Divinity School in 2016. He was rector of St. Saviour's Church in Bath from 2020-2023, and for the past two years, has been the Associate Pastor for Missions and Care at Echo Life Church here in Pensacola.
Robert is married to Camilla, who is Lower School Head at Creative Learning Academy. They have four children: Max, Ralph, Barney and Evangeline.
Fr. Robert is meeting with the Vestry at our regular monthly meeting this evening.
