Our physical environment has been set up with defined areas, providing
enough materials, giving adequate time, and providing ways to move and
self-regulate. Setting age-appropriate limits involve matching a child’s
developmental age to activities and expectations. Furthermore, when a
developmentally age-appropriate curriculum is provided with
specifications to needs, interests, and developmental task this
promotes the child’s self-concepts, imagination, and creative
expression. With the correct arrangement of the classroom, it will
encourage independence building self-confidence. Curriculum
At Champions R Us we teach and guide with intentionality. We use
every opportunity to impact each child in the classroom. We believe
that every moment can be a teachable moment to unlock the potential
in each child. With that in mind, we a curriculum was designed on topics
where learning can be expanded and extended. In conjunction with our
curriculum, we use the Creative Curriculum and Beyond Centers and
Circle Time. The curriculum in place helps maintain organization, child
engagement, and keeps parents informed.
