We’re celebrating an incredible achievement by Little Brother Ja’Shaun!

Ja’Shaun earned the top score in science and technology for his 4-1-1 demonstration on “How AI Affects the Environment,” and he’s heading to Tampa this April to compete in a Cyberlaunch competition. With support from his Big Brother Stephen, he has also secured a cybersecurity internship with the City of Pensacola.

Matched through our Beyond School Walls program, Stephen, a City of Pensacola employee, and Ja’Shaun, an 11th grader at Pensacola High School, are a great example of the impact mentorship can have. We are incredibly proud of Ja’Shaun and all he is accomplishing and we can’t wait to see what he does next.
