Coming full circle!! Working with Garrett Lippie past WPU student who is now a teaching professional! Here we are writing our middle school curriculum to offer a standards based well-balanced program to their 6,7,8 grade students. Since we rolled out our 1st revision to the Physical EDGE app two weeks ago, we have added 68 members. Officially at 300 users now!!! Here is one unit we created that serves in the Group Fitness course. *Grit Cardio*. Do you think High School students will like it? We will see soon!!! Overall, our awesome teacher will teach and assess the learners ability to perform bodyweight exercises with proper technique, design fitness routines with combo exercises in a 20 on 10 off HIIT design, and complete a wellness portfolio that encourages a lifelong fitness connection.
